All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names and any other proprietary designations of NoneButDeals used herein are trademarks or registered trademarks of NoneButDeals. Any other trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names and any other proprietary designations are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
- Copyright Policy: We expect users to respect copyright law. In appropriate circumstances we will terminate the Account of any user who repeatedly infringes or is believed to be repeatedly infringing the rights of copyright holders.
- Miscellaneous: If any provision of the above agreement is held or recognized to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid enforceable provision that most closely matches the indented communication of the original provision and the remaining provisions shall still be enforced.
